March 27 (SeeNews) - Romanian custom software developer We as Web expects its turnover to exceed 30 million euro ($32.5 million) this year, increasing from over 25 million euro in 2023.
The company also forecasts a significant rise in the number of employees in 2024, to 600 from 500 recorded at the end of last year, it said in a press release on Tuesday.
We as Web will continue its global expansion in 2024 by opening offices in Switzerland, Israel, and New Zealand. Currently, the company has offices in the UK, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, as well as the United States, where a further expansion is planned for this year.
"After five years of steady growth, we have developed a new organizational structure that allows us to anticipate our clients' needs and offer even more complexity and depth in services. Our scope now includes services such as AI, SAP, AMS, cyber security, product strategy and development," said Gabriel Zahan, CEO of We as Web.
We as Web was founded five years ago as a product-oriented company with 100% Romanian ownership. Since 2021, its activity has been focused on providing outsourcing services in software development, including team and staff augmentation.
